1. Physical Products

Empowered Inc sells certain physical products that may be made to order and shipped directly from our production partners.


Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped directly from our production partners. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on production schedules and your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via the email provided at checkout.


Returns & Refunds

Physical products may be eligible for return or refund if they arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

To request a return or refund, please contact us at info@iamempowered.life within 14 days of delivery. Your request should include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item (if applicable)

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement process.


Non-Refundable Circumstances

Empowered Inc is not responsible for replacing or refunding orders if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address during checkout. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Payment Plans

If a service is purchased using a payment plan, services will not begin until the payment plan has been paid in full, unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to complete scheduled payments will result in cancellation of the service. Any partial payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

Shipping

All shipping timelines, delivery estimates, and order fulfillment are determined by the seller on Amazon and Amazon’s shipping policies. Empowered Inc does not control or manage shipping for these products.


Returns & Refunds

Any returns, refunds, exchanges, or order issues must be handled directly through Amazon and the seller from whom the item was purchased. These transactions are subject to Amazon’s return policies and the individual seller’s policies listed on the Amazon product page.

Because these purchases are completed through Amazon, Empowered Inc does not have access to order details and cannot process refunds or exchanges for Amazon orders.
