Wellness Baskets
Because baskets are curated and assembled to order, cancellations must be requested before assembly begins. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within a set number of days of receipt.
Wellness Experiences
Registrations may be cancelled up to a stated number of days before the event for a refund or credit. Because spaces are limited, later cancellations may not be refundable.
Cancelled Events
If Empowered Inc. cancels an experience, registrants will be offered a full refund or transfer to a future experience.
